We sell two Metal to Metal adhesives with 20 min or 60 min curing time. Specifically designed for the automotive aftermarket, our Metal to Metal adhesives can easily replace traditional spot welding technology.

With our Metal to Metal adhesive, there is no need to remove internal panels and rubber gaskets. Unlike with welding, there is no reshaping required on metal deformed by welding heat and no need to grind the welding spots or to disconnect the electronic system of the car as with traditional welding. Rust protection is not required on the bonded area or sealers as Bondtech Metal to Metal is a self-sealing adhesive.

Metal to Metal 20 minute is ideal for spot welding. It is exceptionally strong urethane adhesive for bonding small steel parts, such as wings and quarter panels where a 20 minute working time is needed.

Bond and declamp is four hours or you can use at sixty degrees to reduce declamping time to 1 1/2 hours.

Our 60 minute metal to metal is a large metal panel adhesive. Exceptionally strong urethane adhesive for bonding large parts, such as quarter panels and roof skins, where a 60 minute working time is needed.
